To keep your bags looking fresh, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild soap and hanging to dry. Do not put them in the dryer or use bleach.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your products waterproof?
Our bags are splash-proof and water-resistant to protect your gear from light rain, wet swimwear, and spills. However, they are not fully submersible as water can enter through the zippers and seams.
